The golden shell glucosamine hydrochloride indicates that it includes the following steps:

（1） In the mixed solvent of methanol or methanol and water, the binding agent is neutralized with glucosamine hydrochloride to form a reaction mixture containing glucosamine;

(2) A solid-liquid separation of the reaction mixture of step (1) to obtain a solution containing glucosamine; and

(3) The solution containing glucosamine obtained in step (2) is added with a bad solvent of glucosamine, so that glucosamine is separated out in solid form. The method of the invention can simply and efficiently prepare high purity glucosamine solid.
